A five-week small group for women with hypermobility, hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD) or hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS). Each week you learn how your body works, what is worth doing about it, and one practical change to try. It is taught together by a medical doctor, a women’s health physiotherapist and an Accredited Practising Dietitian, with nurse support throughout.
1. A new recorded module is released every Monday morning. Each runs 60 to 90 minutes, split into short chapters with captions and a printable summary.
2. You have 72 hours after each module to send in your questions.
3. Dr Kate and Carly answer the group’s questions in a recorded Q&A you can watch or listen to.
4. Each module ends with a take-home tool and one small change to try that week.

I'm a Medical Doctor with 15 years’ experience across general practice, psychiatry, and hospital and community medicine. I was co-founder of a dedicated perimenopause and menopause clinic, and have a strong interest in hypermobility, dysautonomia and metabolic health. As an integrative and lifestyle medicine doctor, I combine mainstream medicine with practical, evidence-based lifestyle care. I started Mae so that women can learn from a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian and nurse working together, rather than piecing it together themselves.
